Bordeaux Rosé – 2023 – 75cl – Garbes

Description

This Bordeaux Rosé from Château de Garbes is made from  a blend of two red grape varieties : 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in a thermo-regulated vat. After the decantation, the wine is stirred onfine lees to obtain a fruity and rounded aromatic finesse.

• Food and wine pairings : for the aperitif, salad, couscous, cold meats, summer grills
• Shelf life : 2 years

Tasting notes : 

This slightly raspberry colored Bordeaux rosé has a fine and expressive nose. On the palate, it is surprising with its freshness and roundness. It reveals delicious aromas of red berries enhanced with a hint of raspberry.
