Description

Château de Garbes’ red wines are made from a blend of three Bordeaux grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon. This Côtes de Bordeaux is aged one year in a traditional oak barrel after the vinification. Château de Garbes has more than two hundred barrels carefully selected and renewed every five years. This breeding favors woody and fruity notes to achieve a fine and harmonious balance.

• Food and wine pairings : with game meats, oriental dishes, cheeses or chocolate fondant
• Shelf life : 2 to 10 years

Tasting note

Its nose is fine and fruity, enhanced with a toasted and a natural vanilla note. It gracefully creates a full and round mouthfeel. Its bright purple color reveals a robust and balanced wine for aging
