Crémant de Bordeaux – White sparkling Brut – 75cl – Garbes

Description

This white sparkling wine embodies the perfect apperitif with its delicate bubbles !

This wine is made from Sémillon and Cabernet Franc, on a clay-loam soil. It is carefully harvested by hand at the end of August and the begining of September. The grapes are then pressed and vinified into a wine called “basic”. The particularity of this vintage is the addition of natural sparkling by a “champagnisation” with a second fermentation. It is the same method for champagne. The bottles are then stored in limestone caves in Haux, with a perfect temperature during 11 months before being disgorged and sold.
